1. Information Collection and Use

RapidNotes is designed as an offline-only application.

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact list. There is no account registration or login required to use the app.
• Note Content: All notes, text, and data you create within RapidNotes are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your notes, and they are never uploaded to our servers.
• Exporting Data: You have full control over your data. Any "Export" or "Share" action is initiated manually by you using your device's native sharing functionality.

2. Permissions

To provide a seamless experience, RapidNotes requests the following permission:

• Notifications: To provide alerts or reminders set by the user. You can opt out of this permission at any time through your device settings.
• No Other Sensitive Permissions: The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To keep RapidNotes free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. While the app itself does not collect your data, the AdMob SDK may collect and use certain information to serve personalized ads, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
• General location (at the city/country level).
• Ad interaction data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally:

• Manual Deletion: You can delete individual notes or all app data at any time from within the app settings or by clearing the app cache/storage in your device settings.
• Uninstallation: If you uninstall the app, all locally stored notes will be permanently deleted. Because we do not use cloud storage, we cannot recover deleted notes for you.

5. Security

We value your trust in using RapidNotes. Since your data never leaves your device (except for the third-party ad services mentioned above), the security of your notes depends on the security of your mobile device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
